01Registered office address
Every UK limited company needs a physical registered office in the same UK jurisdiction where it is incorporated. This address appears on the public register and receives statutory correspondence from Companies House, HMRC and other public authorities.
- ✓ Publicly displayed company address
- ✓ Official mail received and scanned
- ✓ Annual service with renewal required
- ✓ Company name must be displayed where required
02Director service address
A director may use a service address for public correspondence so their residential address does not appear as the public contact address. Companies House still requires the director's home address for its protected records.
- ✓ Available for one or more directors
- ✓ Official director mail handling
- ✓ Separate from the registered office function
- ✓ Does not replace the residential-address disclosure requirement
03Virtual business address
A virtual trading address is intended for ordinary commercial mail and brand presentation. It can be used on a website, stationery and customer-facing material when the chosen service permits it. It is not automatically a registered office or director service address.
04Mail forwarding
Business mail can be scanned, collected or forwarded in the UK or internationally depending on the selected plan. Postage, courier and handling fees may be charged separately, and restricted items cannot be accepted.
