1. About these terms
These terms apply when you browse this website, create an account or buy a service from Tengri UK Formations. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted them. If you order for a company or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to act for them.
2. Our services
We provide company-formation preparation, trade mark application administration, filing coordination, address services, document services and related business support. The exact service is the package and optional items shown in your order. We are not a bank, tax authority, immigration adviser or guarantor of third-party approval.
3. Your information and responsibilities
You must provide complete, accurate and lawful information, respond to verification requests and review application details before submission. You remain responsible for your company, its records, taxes, accounts, confirmation statements and other continuing obligations after incorporation.
4. Identity, eligibility and compliance checks
Formation, address and mail services are subject to identity verification, anti-money-laundering checks, sanctions screening, service eligibility and our risk assessment. We may request documents, pause work, refuse an order or end a service when legally required or when satisfactory checks are not completed.
5. Prices and payment
The checkout shows our service charge, applicable Companies House or UKIPO fees and selected extras separately. Government, courier, certification, postage, banking and other third-party charges may change or become payable separately. Work begins after cleared payment unless we agree otherwise.
6. Formation and third-party decisions
Companies House decides whether to incorporate a company. Banks, payment providers, tax authorities, couriers and other providers make their own decisions and control their processing times. We do not guarantee incorporation, a particular completion date, banking approval, tax treatment or another third-party outcome.
7. Trade mark applications
Our trade mark packages cover the administrative work expressly listed in the selected package. You must approve the applicant, representation of the mark, classes and goods or services before filing. UKIPO decides whether to accept an application, and owners of earlier rights may object or oppose. Registration, timing and freedom from third-party claims are not guaranteed. Unless expressly agreed, complex objections, oppositions, hearings, litigation, overseas applications and reserved legal services are outside the package and may require a separately appointed legal professional.
8. Cancellations and refunds
Contact us promptly if you want to cancel. Any statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected. If you ask us to begin during a cancellation period, we may retain a proportionate amount for work already performed. Fees already submitted to Companies House, UKIPO or another provider, completed digital work, personalised documents and services already fully performed may not be refundable where the law permits.
9. Address, mail and renewal services
Address and mail services may be used only for an accepted lawful business and in accordance with the service rules. Restricted items may be rejected. Postage and courier costs may be additional. Annual services continue only when renewed and paid; we will give renewal information before the current term ends.
10. Account and documents
Keep your account access secure and tell us promptly about unauthorised use. Documents and order records shown in the dashboard are for the relevant customer account. You must download and retain important company and trade mark records and check them for accuracy.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate customer information, missed customer deadlines, third-party refusal or delay, events outside reasonable control, or use of our service for an unsuitable purpose. Our liability relating to an order will not exceed the service fees paid to us for that order, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Website and intellectual property
The Tengri name, logo, website design and original website content belong to Tengri or its licensors. You may use the website to evaluate and purchase our services, but you may not copy, republish, scrape or commercially exploit its content without permission.
13. Privacy and communications
We use personal information to manage accounts, perform checks, process orders, communicate about services and meet legal obligations. We may share necessary information with Companies House, UKIPO and selected service providers involved in your order. Transactional messages may be sent by email or other contact details you provide.
14. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms for future orders. The version accepted when you place an order applies to that order unless a legal change requires otherwise. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, while any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live remain unaffected.
15. Contact
Questions, cancellation requests or complaints can be sent to contact@tengriglobalgroup.com. Please include your order number when applicable.
