Is the Companies House fee included in the displayed total?
Yes. The package card shows the Tengri service fee and the current statutory filing fee as separate items, then gives one total.
Does buying guarantee incorporation?
No. Companies House decides whether an application is accepted. We review the supplied details and contact you if a name, identity check or filing detail needs attention.
When do you collect the detailed company information?
Your order begins with the proposed name and package selection. The remaining director, shareholder or member, address and business information is collected through the onboarding process after payment.
Can I add services later?
