Who controls your information
Tengri Global Group Ltd, company number 17414262, is the controller for personal information handled through Tengri UK Formations. Our registered office is 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Privacy enquiries can be sent to contact@tengriglobalgroup.com.
Information we collect
We collect account and contact details, order and payment references, proposed company information, director, shareholder, member and PSC details, residential and service addresses, identity and address evidence, correspondence, support messages and technical security records. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Tengri.
Why we use it
We use information to create and secure customer accounts, check eligibility, prepare and fulfil requested services, conduct identity and anti-money-laundering checks, communicate about an order, collect and reconcile payments, meet legal obligations, prevent misuse and maintain business records. The legal bases can include contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests and consent where applicable.
Who receives it
Information may be shared where necessary with Companies House, HMRC, UKIPO, identity-verification and compliance providers, address and mail providers, professional advisers, couriers, payment providers, hosting and secure-storage suppliers, and public authorities where legally required. Each recipient receives only the information needed for its role.
International transfers
A global founder or service provider may be outside the United Kingdom. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism and proportionate security measures.
How long we keep it
We keep account, order, due-diligence and service records for as long as needed to fulfil the service, meet company, tax, anti-money-laundering, dispute and record-keeping requirements, and protect legitimate business interests. Records are deleted or anonymised when retention is no longer justified.
Security
Access is restricted to authorised users and administrators. Customer files are stored privately, downloads require an authenticated account, and administrative changes are recorded. No online system is risk free; contact us immediately if you believe your account or documents have been exposed.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Some records cannot be deleted while a legal retention duty applies. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when services, providers or legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies from 29 August 2026.
